Dispute Policy At MiFunder, payments are processed by our business partners and their dispute and chargeback policy establishes that any user linked to any credit card dispute or chargeback will be added to our blacklist and blocked from making any future purchases on any of our sites. We will implement the actions above as soon as reasonably practical once we are made aware of the dispute by the card issuer.

Additionally, if any blocked user requests a withdrawal on a pre-existing account, the following process will apply:

  1. Dispute or Chargeback under the same prop as the withdrawal request: - Decline the withdrawal. - Suspend the account. - Send the email notification to the user.

  2. Dispute or Chargeback under a different prop firm (managed by our partners) from the withdrawal request: - Decline the withdrawal. - Suspend the account. - Refund the challenge fee. - Send the email notification.

We reserve the right to apply exceptions to the above policy at our sole discretion.
