MiFunder and its partners operate globally and welcome participants from various countries except sanctioned countries.

Restricted Territory includes: Due to regulatory conditions, we are unable to offer services with traders residing in the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia (or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine), Somalia, Syria.

United States: We now accept US customers who can purchase DXtrade challenges only. However, other services remain unavailable to new US customers.

The provision of services is not extended to individuals who appear on sanction lists, possess criminal records associated with financial crime, terrorism, or have been previously prohibited due to breach of contract, with no allowances.

Residency Acknowledgement: Restricted country passport holders can use our service if they are resident in non-restricted countries and have proof of a resident visa. However, individuals should be aware of and comply with their respective local regulations and legal requirements related to proprietary trading.

MiFunder and its partners do not assume responsibility for any legal consequences arising from participation in our programs, and participants are advised to ensure compliance with their country's regulations, including those outlined by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for countries subject to trade restrictions. By engaging with MiFunder and its partners, participants acknowledge their responsibility to adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

Do we allow US Residents? We now accept US customers who can purchase DXtrade challenges only. However, other services remain unavailable to new US customers.

Effective from Tuesday, 20 Feb 2024, we temporarily suspended services to new customers from the United States for challenges other than DXtrade. This means that US residents will not be able to purchase other types of challenges on our site. US citizens living abroad with an appropriate resident ID may continue to use our services. This is a precautionary step as we work through market conditions and regulations.
