MiFunder allows news trading for its Trading Evaluation. The challenges include:
1-Phase Trading Evaluation
2-Phase Trading Evaluation
Funded Account Restrictions:
During the funded account trading (1-Phase, 2-Phase, account), MiFunder imposes news trading restrictions. The following rules apply:
News trading is not allowed on the funded account, whether it's a 1-Phase or 2-Phase Funded Account.
There is a restriction period of 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the release of a red folder event. This includes the opening/closing of market orders, and not any take profit or stop losses triggered within this 10-minute window.
The news trading restriction rule applies to all instruments available on the platform.
Open trades before news event MAY be left open. YOU DON'T HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR TRADES BEFORE RESTRICTED NEWS EVENTS.
Violation Process:
In case of a violation, the following process will be followed:
Warnings (Soft Breaches): Traders will receive a maximum of 2 warnings for soft breaches. Both warnings will result in the deduction of any profits made from trades executed within the restricted 10-minute window.
Third Violation: On the third violation, the account will be breached entirely.
Deductions: Profit deductions are processed on the business day following the violation.
Responsibility: If any deductions lead to the breach of daily or maximum loss limits, the trader is responsible for the violation.
Prohibited Pairs during News Events:
Refer to the restriction table provided by MiFunder to identify pairs prohibited during news events. This table outlines pairs restricted during high-impact news releases to avoid confusion and potential slippages.

Additional Guidelines:
Red folder events on Forex Factory that are not listed in the provided table are still considered news-restricted events.
"All Day" marked red folder events are not counted as news-restricted events, as there are no specified times for data releases.
Traders should be cautious during high-impact news events, as slippages may occur, and the trader is ultimately responsible for any resulting profits or losses.
MiFunder does not guarantee profits during high-risk news events, and traders should exercise caution to avoid violating drawdown rules.
