MiFunder prioritizes the security of our trading environment. While we recommend using a single device with a unique IP address to avoid potential issues, we understand that exceptions may arise.

Here's how we handle such situations:

IP Address Changes: If you travel or relocate, your account will reflect the IP address of your current location. MiFunder may request a valid document for confirmation.

Similar IP Addresses: Accounts with similar IP addresses and trading strategies are closely monitored. Trading strategies involving hedging in multiple accounts with the same IP address may be considered a violation.

Kindly take note that if two or more traders are found using the same IP address, it will be flagged as Duplicate IP. It is important to understand that you can utilize multiple IP addresses with a single account, as long as you are the sole user of those addresses. Using more than one IP address is acceptable, but it is crucial that you are the only trader utilizing them.

  • This along that it is required for individuals sharing the same IP address and engaging in multiple trades to verify their relationship by providing proof of their connection.

Consequences for Policy Violation:

​A warning may be issued, and profits could be deducted, with the possibility of an account reset. If there are no profits, the account will not be reset.

Depending on the severity of the violation, the account may be terminated without any profit share.

Other concerns / questions, such as:

Q: If I travel to a place about 50 km from my home and my IP address changes due to the new location, will it cause any IP address problems if I place a trade from there using the internet?

A: It is not a problem for us. Customers can access their accounts from different IP addresses, as long as there are no duplicates—meaning multiple people accessing their accounts from the same IP.


Q: Can I use Wi-Fi if a trade is not running in the background and my account is logged in on my device?

A: Yes, you can.


Q: In case I want to change my network in the future, what details should I provide to change my mobile network?

A: No exact details are required. Customers can switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi without any issues.


Q: Is it permissible for two family members to trade from the same IP address?

A: Yes, you can trade without any issues. However, we advise you to provide proof of your relationship, such as documents or bills, so we can forward the case to the relevant team to prevent any potential breach of your accounts.
